Support Circle · how we show up

Make the circle useful for everyone.

These guidelines keep the private WhatsApp group focused on people helping people win.

Posts are reviewed and shared by the admin

Members do not post directly in the group. Send your story through the member form with a valid post link and context. The admin reviews submissions and schedules two or three stories each day.

Offer genuine support

Choose what is actually useful: a thoughtful comment, a share, an introduction, a referral, feedback, a signup, an application, attending an event, or encouragement. You do not need to engage with every story, and nobody should pressure you to perform empty actions.

Show up regularly

Participation is part of membership. If a member becomes inactive, an admin may check in first. If the group needs room for active applicants, inactive members may eventually be removed. This is a human review, not an automatic punishment for missing a particular post.

Keep it considerate and private

Be respectful. Do not share private group conversations or member contact details outside the group without permission. Only share someone's post with a relevant audience and follow that platform's rules.

Keep expectations realistic

Support Circle is an independent community experiment, not a hiring service or guaranteed promotion channel. A feature does not guarantee a job, engagement, a business result, or a reward.
