What you send us
When you apply to join or submit a post, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, optional email, the social platform and post link, and the context you choose to share. WhatsApp numbers help us associate submissions and support activity with a member record. If you leave “Remember my details on this device” checked (it is checked by default), a private device-only token remembers your profile for up to one year. You can remove it from the submission form at any time. We store a short-lived hash of network addresses to limit spam.
What the public sees
The website is public and designed to be indexed by search engines and AI services. Approved featured pages may show the first name, headline, story, public link, and requested support. They never show phone numbers, email addresses, member scores, or admin notes. Approved stories may also be shared in the admin-only WhatsApp group. Group members may see your WhatsApp profile information according to your WhatsApp privacy settings.
Support tracking
Support reports are self-reported, not verified platform engagement. We store your member record, the featured story, the actions you report, points, and optional note. The admin may invalidate a report. Private support history may be used for queue priority if the admin enables it and for future community rewards. No particular reward is promised.
Joining the private group
Anyone can discover the public site and apply to join. An admin reviews the application before privately sharing a WhatsApp invite. The invite is not published on the website.
Who can access it
Applications, contact details, support history, scores, reward records, and admin notes are available only to the Support Circle admin. The project uses Neon Postgres and Vercel. We do not sell personal data or publish a member directory or leaderboard.
About the project
Support Circle is an independent community initiative founded by Suleiman Alnsour, founder of InstantReply.co. It is not a charity or nonprofit.
